Halloween Family Yoga

Debs (Yoga with Debs), who runs our Sunflowers and Smilers yoga sessions, has some Halloween-themed Family Yoga sessions coming up during half term week at various locations.

Inclusive strength training

MoveAble Fitness is an accessible exercise programme involving basic movements, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. It is a training programme designed specifically for adults with learning disabilities.

Babble Play Project

The University of York is running a study for babies with Down Syndrome aged 7-15 months based in the UK.

Leeds family hubs provide a welcoming space where families with children and young people (0 to 19 years, or up to 25 years for young people with special educational needs and disabilities) can access support, advice, and services in one convenient location.
