Debs (Yoga with Debs), who runs our Sunflowers and Smilers yoga sessions, has some Halloween-themed Family Yoga sessions coming up during half term week at various locations.
- Saturday 25th October, 3-4pm at Heather Yoga, Saltaire
- Thursday 30th October, 2.30-3.30pm at Wellhouse Rawdon
- Friday 31st October, 1.30-3pm at Feel Good Hub, Bingley
