Football for All Ages (4-11 & 12-20’s)

Our football sessions are open to children and young people aged 4-11 and 12-20's. The sessions are relaxed, welcoming and give everyone a chance to join in.

We start each session together with a few quick warm-up exercises before splitting into two age-appropriate groups. The younger players then enjoy a range of fun, engaging games and activities designed to develop their football skills, while the older players take part in a structured football game on a separate pitch. This allows both age groups to enjoy a session suited to their level, while keeping everyone active, involved and having fun!

We’re really keen to welcome some new players as our sessions continue to grow.  Our aim is to introduce separate session times for each age group as numbers increase and we'd love to get our older players involved in friendly matches with other local teams, giving them the chance to put their skills into practice and experience playing as part of a team.

We're very grateful to have a superb coach from the Leeds United Foundation join us, and we’d also love to hear from parents and carers who might be interested in helping with coaching too. Full online training is available, and we’re keen to build a small team of volunteers who can help cover sessions and eventually take over from some of our fantastic coaches who have been volunteering for several years.
