Yoga for children with additional needs

As well as running yoga sessions for our Sunflowers and Smilers groups, Debs also offers inclusive 1:1 yoga sessions, for people with a variety of additional needs

Inclusive strength training

MoveAble Fitness is an accessible exercise programme involving basic movements, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. It is a training programme designed specifically for adults with learning disabilities.
