Welcome to the Sunshine and Smiles weekly newsletter! This is where you will find all our upcoming events and news.

Given the current government guidance regarding social distancing and non-essential social gatherings we have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend all our groups, face to face sessions, activities and to close 21 Co. Shop & Café.

This decision has not been made lightly and we know it has implications for many people.

Local Guidance & Resources

Bank Holiday Monday

All sessions due to take place on Bank Holiday Monday will resume on 1st June.

We are looking at the possibility of running some outdoor one to one cycling sessions.

Tropics Fundraiser
