This week we have Red Speech and Language Groups, Movement with Katie (age 8-18) featuring a drum worskshop, Sunbeams (age 0-4), Makaton Baby Sign, Early Development (Caterpillars), Yoga (age 16+) and Karaoke (age 10+) and last chance to book onto Kate Stephen's Art workshop at 21 Co.
On Saturday Ailith is taking part in the Keswick Sprint Triathlon to raise money for Sunshine & Smiles sports groups, please do consider supporting her!
