The team at Down Syndrome International have produced a range of resources to help you to celebrate WDSD 2023, to access these you just need to sign up to their 'resources hub'.
Charity 'Positive about Down Syndrome' have put together some useful resources for schools, including lesson plan ideas for KS1 and KS2. Click here to see the downloadable school resources.
Over on twinkl you can download a few free resources including this powerpoint called 'We are all unique' and this 'Design a pair of odd socks' colouring sheet.
The school of one of our Sunshine & Smiles children has also produced this simple powerpoint to explain what we are celebrating and why.

Down Syndrome International have produced this video to explain 'What is World Down Syndrome Day?'.
This video aimed at explaining Down Syndrome to children has also been produced in partnership with I Am Me Scotland, Wouldn't Change a Thing and Down's Syndrome Scotland.
