The UK Government has today published its White Paper on SEND reform. The document, issued by the Department for Education, sets out proposed changes to the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) system.
You can read the full White Paper and other key information documents here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/school-send-reforms-sheets
You can also follow these accounts on social media as they analyse and break down the document and provide further information and interpretations:

It is important to remember that these reforms are currently proposals, which will go to consultation. For now, nothing has changed regarding your child’s rights, EHCP situation and support already in place.
