Leeds Teaching Hospitals' Learning Disability and Autism Team are running an online health workshop for parents and carers of children with SEND.
The team supports all people with a diagnosis of a Learning Disability or Autism that need to come to Leeds Teaching Hospitals for healthcare. Join the free online session to find out more about the service, health passports, play therapists and how the team can support your child in preparing to come to hospital and during their visit.
