*Due to popular demand we have added an extra 'Sip & Paint Festive birds' workshop on 18th December*
We’re going to be holding some festive art workshops at 21 Co. in the run up to Christmas.
- Wednesday 18th December: Sip & Paint Festive birds, hosted by Kate Stephens (£35)
Here is some more info about Kate's workshops:
Kate, whose free-flowing paintings have been featured in exhibitions including Harrogate's RHS Harlow Carr Gardens Exhibition and whose work is sold across the country, will hold the workshop at 21 Co. café in Headingley to raise money for Sunshine and Smiles, a charity supporting families and young people with Down Syndrome.
She says, "These workshops are an opportunity to rekindle or discover your inner creative and are for anyone from absolute beginners to more experienced artists. We'll work through the themes of either Christmas birds or a festive still life and you'll have the opportunity to experiment with vibrant, loose watercolour and acrylic ink painting with Kate's help along the way. We'll also have a few laughs and a glass of fizz at the same time - all for a wonderful cause!"
What do you get?
- Step-by-step guidance and demonstrations from Kate.
- Small groups to ensure personal tuition.
- One glass of Prosecco or equivalent soft drink.
- All materials included.
Kate has been one of the artists exhibiting at the Sunshine & Smiles charity café, 21 Co., since 2018.
All proceeds of ticket sales will go directly to Sunshine & Smiles - Leeds down Syndrome Network.
Tickets are £35 each and you can book here: Art and Craft Workshops
