A new series of Channel 4’s “What not to eat” is looking for participants, and we have been asked to share it with our families.
They would love to hear from families/ households/ couples who are looking to improve their health.
Whether it’s battling to keep the weight off, regular headaches, gut issues, fatigue, sleep issues, stress/ anxiety, managing a health condition or just generally feeling below par – then their health experts, Professor Tim Spector and Dr Kandi Ejiofor may be able to help.
Watch the previous series on Channel 4 here. If you are interested, please contact them directly ASAP by emailing: myhealthynewlife@plumpictures.co.uk
