Lyall, Thalia and Alby are all participating in this weekend’s Yorkshire Ability Triathlon - and we’d like to wish them GOOD LUCK!
The Yorkshire Ability Triathlon is a relaxed event based around swimming, cycling and running for children and young people with disabilities.
There’ll be a swimming leg, cycling leg and a run leg – with alternative activities available for those unable to take part in any of the three disciplines. There’s no specific distance or time, the goal is to have fun and go as far or as fast as you would like to.
The medals will be awarded by Team GB Olympic medalists Alistair and Johnny Brownlee!!
