Before Easter we posted thanking many people for their support and fundraising for World Down Syndrome Day, and we've now heard of even more wonderful supporters. So we would like to give a huge thank you to:
- Katie & Oliver Kelly for their WDSD Raffle which raised £246.25
- Churwell Primary School for their WDSD Fundraising for Lucy's Legacy, raising £430.95
- Common Road Infant and Nursery School for their Odd Socks Day Fundraising raising £58.81
- Boston Spa Academy for their WDSD Fundraising raising £148.52
We would also like to give a big thank you to Emma Henson for organising the Cooper cake bake in memory of a much loved colleague David, and raising £200.44 for Sunshine & Smiles.
Thank you too to everyone who gives regularly to Sunshine and Smiles.
The generous donations that Sunshine & Smiles receives from individuals, organisations and fundraisers means that we can give vital support to the children, young people and their families in our network and offer free access to all our services.
Every penny donated to Sunshine & Smiles goes directly towards the vital support we offer to our children, young people and families; whether that’s Speech & Language sessions, transport for families, or paying our trained staff to support families or help our young adults into training and work.
