Time to Talk Next Steps

Time to Talk Next Steps is a three-year project (2021-2024) to support young people aged between age 16 and 25 with additional needs to build confidence, provide motivation and make plans for the future.

The project offers free support for young people in England in this age group with additional needs and who maybe experiencing anxiety, isolation and have limited or no plans for the future.

Families can self refer and parents & carers can also access workshops and support (which are all online).

You can access all the information here.

Time to Talk Next Steps  is being delivered in partnership with national disability charity, Contact, who provide support, information and workshops for parents and carers on transition to adulthood.
