What a fantastic day at the Yorkshire Ability Triathlon yesterday! It was wonderful to see so many Sunshine and Smiles families coming together to enjoy such a fun-filled event.
The Yorkshire Ability Triathlon, held at Leeds Beckett University, is a celebration of inclusion, participation and achievement, giving children and families the chance to try new experiences, make memories and feel part of something special in a fun and supportive environment.
With sunshine, amazing volunteers and dedicated organisers and fantastic team spirit throughout the day, it was a truly memorable occasion - an incredible achievement for our young people who, smashed their £500 fundraising target for Sunshine and Smiles. Noah also did brilliantly and raised an amazing £605. Well done to everyone who took part — you were all amazing!
You can find out more about the Ability Triathlon here and maybe join in the fun next year!
