SENDIASS are introducing their new SEND forms workshop - this session is for parents and carers who are making an application for an EHCP or require help with completing tribunal forms.
The sessions are held at their office at Technorth Family learning centre, Harrogate Road, LS7 3NB, and parents are required to book a ticket for a timed slot.
Please bring along your forms and a trained officer will be able to look over it and help you in the session.
