Catherine Arjmand Ziarati will trek the Thames bridges on 10th September 2022 to raise donations for Sunshine and Smiles.
The story behind the fundraiser...
"Clare is almost a year old, and Sunshine and Smiles have been an amazing support to myself, Clare and my family. When Clare was diagnosed with Down Syndrome it was such a scary time, but through the support of Sunshine and Smiles I have embraced this part of who Clare is, and want to give something back to them for everything they have done not just for me but for all families who have gone through the uncertain times we have."
