Sunshine & Smiles Consultation - Community Event

We are undertaking a consultation during the autumn to help plan for developments within Sunshine & Smiles over the next few years.  We want to hear what you think!  

 

We will be doing surveys & focus groups, but are also considering hosting an in person consultation event for member families on Sat 16th or Sun 17th October.  This would be at least 3 hours long & on site childcare would be available.

 

Before we spend lots of time planning it, we thought it would be a good idea to ask if you would come?!  We know it's a big time commitment to ask of you and you may feel it is too soon during the pandemic to host an indoor event.  (Social distancing is likely to not be possible for example.)  

 

An alternative is to run the event online via Zoom.  It would be organised for the same weekend and the time required would be the same, approx 3 hours.  

 

We do not mind how you respond - we are simply trying to ensure that we engage in the right ways for you.  If the general feeling is that it's too soon, or too big a time commitment, then we will adapt the consultation in response.  Your input will still be captured, just through different methods.
