Given the current government guidance regarding social distancing and non-essential social gatherings we have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily suspend all our groups, face to face sessions, activities and to close 21 Co. Shop & Café.
This decision has not been made lightly and we know it has implications for many people.
We are still available by telephone and email for advice, support and signposting – please don’t hesitate to get in touch at any time:
- Telephone: 07725041601
- Email: hello@sunshineandsmiles.org.uk
We are currently looking at ways to host Sunshine & Smiles sessions & support online.
One way we will do this is through the app Zoom. This can be downloaded to your PC or smartphone. The device you will use ideally needs to have a camera.
We are asking families to download the app while we work out which sessions would work via the application.
Get Zoom
- Download the app - Click here - Zoom
- Create an account
- Log in via the device you would like to use for the session (PC / Laptop / Mobile)
To begin we will host our Mini Movers, Movement with Katie, Made with Music, and 0-3s sessions via Zoom. This first period will be trial and error so please be patient and if you have any other ideas please let us know. See our calendar for when these sessions will be taking place and further information on how to join the online groups.
For any of our families who are self-isolating or who are concerned about being isolated please do email, message or ring us if we can help in any way.
We will also keep in touch with families where we are doing ongoing pieces of individual work and support. Any planned meetings will be subject to review on the day of the planned meeting and will also depend on potential school closures or self-isolation. We will also be happy to hold virtual meetings & support sessions via Zoom and can ask schools or other agencies to join the same way.
We have such a wonderful community around us all, we will be able to offer each other support and care during this unprecedented & unpredictable time. Please stay in touch and let us know how we can look after each other!
With love from everyone at Sunshine & Smiles and 21 Co.
