The Sunshine 10X Challenge was a totally inclusive fundraising challenge to raise money to celebrate the 10-year anniversary in 2023 of Sunshine & Smiles becoming a registered charity.
Our aim was to raise £10,000.
There was an exciting range of challenges undertaken by our wonderful fundraisers...
- The Backhouse family ran / walked / pulled / pushed / carried / dragged / cycled / scooted 10 kilometres.
- Martin Wong counted to 10!
- Francis Henry completed a 10-hour dance-a-thon.
- Shaks Valeting donated the proceeds of one car valet a week for 10 weeks.
- Ailith Harley-Roberts completed 10 various amazing challenges.
- Roisin Prior swam 10 kilometres.
- Lyall Cookward completed 10 inspirational challenges.
- Kath White walked 10 x 10 Kilometre walks.
- Lewis Bucknell pulled 10 trucks (and a double bus!).
... and in the end, the Sunshine 10X Challenge raised just over an incredible £13,000 for Sunshine & Smiles!
Thank you so much to all of our challengers and everyone who sponsored them!
