Eureka! Summer SEND clubs are inclusive clubs designed specifically for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
The clubs are for families with specific needs - see dates below - and include a hands-on activity session led by Eureka!’s brilliant in-house team.
The SEND clubs are a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can explore their creativity, develop social skills, and have fun through a variety of craft activities and interactive experiences.
Eureka! The National Children’s Museum, Halifax, West Yorkshire:
- Tuesday 30 July: d/Deaf and hard of hearing
- Friday 16 August: Blind and visually impaired
- Friday 30 August: Down syndrome
Places are limited, so you MUST book in advance.
There’s no extra charge to attend - so you just need to pay for standard admission, which includes unlimited visits for 12 months, or completely free if you’ve already got an annual pass.
All disabled visitors are entitled to bring a free essential carer, and Max Card holders are entitled to one free child and one free adult per card.
