Service User Feedback Request – The Communication Offer (Speech and Language therapies)
One of the ways Children’s Services at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is trying to improve is by developing joined up pathways. The Communication Offer is a description of services and resources that are available to parents/carers to support their child’s speech, language, and communication development. We are asking for your feedback to help us develop the ways we present this information to make sure it is most useful for parents and carers and service users.
Click here to download the the Communication Offer Briefing Document which is a shorter version of the information that is going to be available that describes the Communication Offer. The briefing document will give you an idea of the kind of information that will be promoted to parents about the support available around speech, language and communication development.
We would be grateful if you could look at the Communication Offer briefing document that has been attached then answer the survey questions by following the link.
