Leeds City Council are reviewing their short breaks and fun activities in Leeds, and want your feedback.
A Short Break is a fun activity where young people 0-18 year olds with special educational needs and/or disabilities who live in Leeds can spend time with friends and learn new skills.
They are asking young people, parents and carers to give their feedback and contribute to the review by completing a short online survey or via focus groups.
The survey should take you no more than 10 minutes.
