Safeguarding & Zoom Sessions
As everyone knows we have all had to adjust the ways we have done things over the last few months. We have been really glad to have been able to offer some of our sessions online via Zoom and have endeavoured to make these sessions as secure and safe as possible by making them invitation only and password protected so that we know it is only Sunshine & Smiles families attending.
Could we also ask that families make sure that their children and young people have a suitable level of supervision throughout our session and to ensure that they are always appropriately and fully dressed .
We had an incident recently where a child managed to take off some of their clothes and while we understand this is absolutely natural, especially when we are all in our own homes, we need to be aware that safeguarding is of highest priority at all times particularly as people are using video to join the sessions.
Thank you for your understanding.
