Refresh Carers - Summer Course

Refresh Carers are running a summer course:  Empowering unpaid parent carers for positive change.

Sessions include confidence building, carers’ rights, carers’ skills, a mini reiki session, and wellbeing collage.

The course will be held at Flexspace, Burley Road, LS4 2PU on the following dates, and times are from 10.30 am -12.30 pm:

• Wed 12th June
• Wed 19th June
• Wed 26th June
• Wed 3rd July
• Wed 10th July
• Wed 17 July

There is a car park and a bus stop outside Flexspace. The numbers 49a, 49, 50a and 50 all stop outside. They leave from Leeds City bus station. £5 expenses are given for each session (fuel or bus receipts needed).
