Meet The Artist

On Thursday 25th May, we’ll be hosting our first Meet The Artist evening at 21 Co.

Our gallery shop is stocked with handmade crafts, products and art from local and independent makers and artists, all of whom are very interesting people and have inspiring stories to tell!

This first event will feature Richard Heald who is a local photographer.

Richard uses an array of lenses and filters to achieve a diverse range of results, as well as utilising innovative techniques to professionally capture moments worth remembering.

He enjoys blending a love for photography with aspects and interests of his life in his hometown Leeds, as well as shooting a wide range of subjects at a multitude of other locations. For his final products, he mostly uses quality etched paper to give each piece a textured feel with added dimension.

You’ll be able to hear Richard talk about his work, see an exhibition of his work and also chat to him. Plus, of course, there’ll be an opportunity to buy his work and that of other local makers and our usual shop stock.

We will be serving our usual drinks but also a small selection of beer & wine.
