Little Hiccups is hosting a five-week Wellbeing for Parents Yoga Course run by Yoga With Debs starting Monday, June 2nd.
This course is about providing a space for you to turn up as you are and enjoy some yoga-based movement, breathing practices and relaxation as well as practical tips, focusing on regulation, grounding and resetting.
