Playgrounds for families with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Invitation to Consultation Event
Saturday 17 September 2022, Roundhay park
Leeds City Council would love to hear the thoughts of children, young people and families with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) about playgrounds in Leeds, so they can make them better for all children in future.

There are 170 playgrounds in Leeds parks, which are constantly improving. LCC's goal is to provide a range of opportunities for children of all ages and abilities to enjoy playing outdoors with friends.
Join other families at this workshop to let Leeds City Council know what you think of the playgrounds in Leeds and share any ideas you have for making them better in the future.
As a thank-you, a family ticket to Tropical World will be provided for everyone who comes along, so you can combine the workshop (which will be held at a venue in Roundhay park) with a visit to Yorkshire’s favourite zoo!
To attend, contact parks@leeds.gov.uk or 0113 3788158 to book a place.
