Leeds Local Offer EHCP & SEND Services Survey

To support the Leeds Local Offer review of SEND services for children and young people in Leeds who are accessing funding for inclusion or subject to an Education Health and Care assessment or plan, children, young people, parents and carers are invited to directly share their experiences in a survey. 

This will support views already collected through initial feedback and engagement.

Any support and assistance you can provide in helping with the completion of the survey would be greatly appreciated by the LLO team.
