Last week Sunshine & Smiles held an online auction for a Remembrance Poppy.
The item is a certified, unique ceramic poppy made by artist Paul Cummins, that was part of the 2014 Tower of London remembrance installation, Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red.
These poppies were sold for £25 in 2014 to raise money for charity and Sunshine & Smiles were given one to auction in the run up to Remembrance Day.
Bidding took place over 5 days, and the top bidder of £100 is Johanne Smith.
Congratulations Johanne and thank you for making a generous donation to the charity!
