The team who oversee Sunshine & Smiles have commissioned an independent consultation process to inform the charity’s future direction. We are interested in gaining views & opinions of families of children & young people with Down Syndrome who don’t currently use our services. If this is you, we would be really grateful if you could take a few minutes to carry out this survey to find out about your needs and how we might be able to support you.
If you are a professional who works with or comes in contact with children or young people with Down Syndrome, we would be really grateful if you would share this survey with those families, to help us to gain as broad a viewpoint as possible.
There aren’t many questions and it’s up to you how long you take with the answers. You might not have answers to all the questions and that's fine.
