The Leeds Parent Carer Forum is running a Health workshop for parents and carers on Learning Disability Annual Health Checks. This is a workshop for parents and carers of children with SEND aged 14 or over.

Information about the city-wide network - knowing who to go to in order to get help and support.

Annual Health Checks for people with a learning disability from the age of 14 years old - how to get the best from your appointment.
