How can Sunshine & Smiles support your family better? How can we adapt our services to respond to your family's needs? Please tell us what you think by completing this short survey - there aren’t many questions.

The deadline for responses to the survey is next Monday 18th October so please take this last opportunity to give us 5-10 minutes of your time. It would really help us out. 

We’ve all filled in surveys before that don’t seem to go anywhere. This isn’t one of those times! We are genuinely interested in your views & opinions to direct Sunshine & Smiles' future activities.

We are actively seeking to invest time and money in improving existing services and adding new ones.

This is an independently commissioned consultation and all responses will be treated anonymously.

This survey is part of a wider consultation process, all of which is being carried out by Sue Hoey, who is independent from Sunshine & Smiles and works with community organisations. No-one from within Sunshine & Smiles will have access to your individual completed answers, so please be as honest as you can.
