The Well House Rawdon are hosting a family yoga session on Friday 21st February at 3pm.
This will be run by Debs who has a wealth of experience working with children with additional needs and has recently run sessions for Sunshine & Smiles.
Yoga is a lovely activity to share with your little ones, and as we reach the end of winter (and we're running out of cold/wet-weather activities!) it's the perfect way to wile away an afternoon.
You'll encounter yoga poses, breathing, games, partner work and songs.
No yoga experience is required and all family members are invited; this is an inclusive session (but please note there are 2 steps up to the studio if you require wheelchair access).
Yoga means union, a coming together, so perfect to experience this as a family unit and create that bonding time together. This session is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out.
This session is suitable for years 3+ to around 10 years old, but if you would like to enquire about bringing someone younger/older in your family then please get in touch withe The Well House so that they can let you know more about what is involved. You can contact them by email: wellhouserawdon@gmail.com
The session is £12 for one adult and one child, with additional siblings £4 each, and additional adults £10 each.
The location is 1 Harrogate Road, Rawdon, Leeds.
