On Sunday we had an amazing time at our big annual Sunshine and Smiles party! As usual, we were at the Royal Armouries and we enjoyed learning circus skills, face-painting & glitter tattoos, a fun photo booth, arts and crafts and a scavenger hunt as well as the all-important dancing and singing! We spotted some great shapes being thrown on the dancefloor!
We’d like to say a huge thank you to all of the families who came and made it such a special party and thanks also to the volunteers who helped out behind the scenes - your time, commitment and enthusiasm are so appreciated! A particular thanks to the 4 Volunteers from Leeds Beckett University Speech & Language Therapy Society who worked tirelessly on the raffle and crafts.
With raffle, tombola and donations we raised £967.24, which is amazing and every penny of that is important to us, and helps ensure we can carry on doing what we do, so thank you so much!
