We have an upcoming opportunity to talk to doctors, nurses and midwives at Leeds Teaching Hospitals about Down Syndrome.
We would like to use our (and your) lived experience to help to inform how they care for new babies with Down Syndrome and their families. We would LOVE to be able to represent the feelings and views of as many of you as possible, and would be really grateful if you would be willing to share some of your experiences so that we can use these to help explain what is important to parents and what changes (if any) they would like to see in how babies with Down Syndrome and families are treated in hospital.
To share your experiences with us you can use this survey: Early Experiences Survey
Feel free to fill in as much or as little as you like, if you would prefer you can email your views to tamsin@sunshineandsmiles.org.uk.
