Annual General Meeting - Online

Notice of Sunshine & Smiles Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting was due to be held in person on this Wednesday 13th September. Based on feedback from voting members we have decided to hold it online, so that we can have as many people there as possible. 

The AGM will be held on 13th September 8pm-9pm, and you can click this link at that time to join the meeting. 

At this AGM, we will review our annual return for the financial year 1st December 2021 to 30th November 2022. 

As is required in line with our constitution, 1/3 of our Trustee board must resign at each AGM.

Marc Davies will be resigning with the intention of seeking re-election to the Board of Trustees. Anyone else is permitted to request to be nominated to this role -  please contact us if you would like details of the nomination information.

Voting will all take place via email and in person for this year, and voting information and details will be sent out to voting members nearer to the meeting date.
