Contributions for Annual Report Needed ASAP

The Sunshine & Smiles Annual General Meeting will be taking place in March 2020. 

This AGM will include the annual report & accounts for both 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

This is in line with the requirements of the constitution with AGM’s needing to be within 15 months of the previous year’s meeting. This will also enable Sunshine & Smiles to hold future AGM's in line with the end of their financial year which is November 30th.

The charity would love to share your experiences of the different groups & support Sunshine & Smiles offer. If you can help, please can you email a picture and some text about what groups or support you have accessed and briefly what you have enjoyed and/or how you & your family have benefitted. You can email Ailith on ailith@sunshineandsmiles.org.uk with your story.

Sunshine & Smiles are currently making the report and it will need to be checked over before it goes to print. If it's possible to send across any information as soon as you can we would be very grateful.

Format of the AGM 

• Summarising annual accounts & report
• Voting in members of the Board of Trustees
• Thanking partners & supporters
• Discussion and questions
