Every 3 months, Sunshine & Smiles have to report back to Leeds City Council about the social and recreational activities we provide as part of the Short Breaks offer. We receive some funding (£3,800 for this year) from them to help us deliver these sessions.
They always ask us to ask families what they gain from the sessions and for any other feedback, so could we please ask you to complete a short survey via the following link so we can evidence why the sessions are needed and what people gain from attending.
This will help us to maintain funding in the future (which will help us to keep all of our services and activities free to access for all!).
Thank you very much!!
