The Down's Syndrome Association visited 21 Co. to give additional training to staff and new volunteers.
WorkFit’s mission is to create the conditions that all people with Downs syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives. One of the aspects of the charity is to help people will Down syndrome find jobs that are appropriate for each individual. They recently supported Louise, who works at 21 Co. too, with her training before starting her new job at the University of Leeds.

Thank you Becki from WorkFit for sharing your knowledge and experience on how to support a member of staff who has Down syndrome. 21 Co. has recently employed a new member of staff, Kaitlin, through the WorkFit programme and she is fitting in well with the team.
What's 21 Co.?
