Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission are doing a thematic visit to learn more about alternative provision in Leeds as part of their local inspection processes.
If you’re a young person who has accessed alternative provision over the last six months, a parent/ carer whose child accesses alternative provision, or a practitioner who works with children accessing alternative provision, inspectors want to hear your views.
More information can be found here about alternative provisions: One minute guide: Area SEND thematic visits (leeds.gov.uk)
Responses to these surveys will only be viewed by inspectors. Closing date is 22th September 2023.
