WellNest - a yoga studio and community in Kirkstall - are holding a yoga taster session for the whole family (for Sunshine & Smiles families only) at their studio in Kirkstall on Tuesday 13th February at 1pm.
Harriet, who runs WellNest, was a SEN teacher for 10 years and she’d love to combine her passions for wellbeing and support for young people with SEN.
