WellNest - a yoga studio and community in Kirkstall - are holding a yoga session for our Smilers and Youth group (age 8-18) on 30th October, 11:30-12:30. This will replace our normal Saturday Smilers and Youth session which was due to be held on 19th October.
Harriet, who runs WellNest, was a SEN teacher for 10 years and she’d love to combine her passions for wellbeing and support for young people with SEN.
