Our Annual General Meeting will be held online on 19th July at 8pm.

At this AGM, we will review our annual return for the financial year 1st December 2020 to 30th November 2021.
As is required in line with our constitution 1/3 of our Trustee board must resign at each AGM, one of our trustees will be resigning with the intention of seeking re-election to the Board of Trustees, anyone else is permitted to request to be nominated to this role, please email email@example.com if you would like the nomination form sending to you.
Voting will all take place via email for this year and voting information and details will be sent out to voting members nearer to the meeting date. If you are not a voting member you won't be able to vote on any nominations for the Board of Trustees. If you did want to become a voting member please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
