Our Sunshine Siblings group is run by Rosie and Ros.
Our aim is to create a fun but safe space for siblings of those with Down syndrome. We will be running fortnightly sessions based around the group’s interests and passions. Because of Covid, we will be running the sessions through Zoom for now but hope it can still be an engaging place for young people to share their own experiences of being a sibling of a child with Down syndrome - the magical, the challenging and all the bits in between! We also have some really exciting activities and crafts to share with you all too.
Our group will initially be for siblings between the ages of 8-12 so if you think you’d like to get involved, please email ailith@sunshineandsmiles.org.uk.
