We are aware that historically Sunshine & Smiles' services have been decided upon & lead by white people, with English as their first language. We know families of all heritages have children with Down Syndrome. We are keen to listen & learn from families other than White-European as to how our services can evolve & develop to respond to any particular needs in different ethnic communities.
