21 Co. is a cafe and shop which supports adults with Down Syndrome to experience paid work with the aim of moving into future employment, building confidence and developing a skills portfolio.
We currently have 11 adults with Down syndrome who work with us on different shifts throughout the week. Everyone who works at 21 Co. is part of the team and everyone is paid National Living Wage.
Skills gained include barista training, food safety & customer service.
When we have vacancies for new workers with Down syndrome these will be advertised.
