SENIT - The Special Educational Needs Inclusion Team goes into settings and schools to observe and give advice and guidance about how to support and include children with additional needs.

SENSAP - The Special Educational Needs Statutory Assessment & Provision team is responsible for deciding whether to undertake an assessment for an Education, Health and Care Plan once a parent or carer or a school/setting has made a request. They also create, review, and amend EHCPs and allocate school places in accordance with a child's EHCP and parental wishes.
